Public and Administrative Law

In Lebanon and the broader region, the civil law tradition has mandated a set of specialized administrative courts that exercise independent jurisdiction. Our lawyers are admitted to appear be fore the State Council (“Conseil d’Etat”) on public and administrative law matters. 

On the advisory side, Chedid Law Offices represents clients who wish to participate in privatizations, and public bids relating to state-owned companies. Our lawyers also represent clients applying for licenses and permits before governmental and quasi-governmental entities.
