Zeina R. Chedid
Zeina R. Chedid is a partner with Chedid Law Offices. She practices corporate law, contracts, commercial litigation, labor and employment law, and has worked on several infrastructure/BOT projects.
Zeina received an LL.B. degree in Lebanese law from the Saint-Joseph University Law School of Lebanon in 1990. She also received her LL.B. degree in French Law from the University of Paris II – Assas in 1991. She received a Master degree in Private Law from the University of Paris X - Nanterre with honors in 1993.
Zeina also received a Chevening Fellowship in 2008, a prestigious award funded by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and administered by the British Council, which enabled her to spend time in the United Kingdom, among others at the University of Nottingham. She worked as a trainee at two French law firms earlier in her career.
Zeina has been a member of
the Beirut Bar since 1994. She is an active advocate of Lebanon's joining the WTO and has participated in a number of projects relating to this topic.
She is equally fluent in French, English, Arabic, and Italian.
